You can expect one-time boxes to ship within 2 weeks of ordering. For monthly subscriptions, each box will arrive 1 month from the initial delivery date.
We accept returns up to 1 week after delivery, provided we are notified of the return via phone or email.
We are available for support via phone or email Monday-Saturday 9am-9pm, excluding holidays. For email inquires you can expect a reply within 3 business days.
Currently we offer language learning boxes in Spanish, French, Mandarin, German, Italian and Arabic.
Not to worry! We understand that circumstances change. If you call us at least 2 weeks before your next box is supposed to be sent, we will be happy to cancel the rest of your subscription.
Unfortunately we do not offer free trials at this time. If you are on the fence about a subscription you can always choose a one-time box to see what you receive!
